Gratitude is not simply about me. I am grateful for everything and everyone. Through the good and bad I am grateful. Gratitude is an essence I learned from listening to The Voice at an early age, the Voice says MJ you are Gifted with all that you need It is within always . Listening to the Voice is an ongoing day to day moment to moment process for me. 

GRATITUDE is the journey's main ingredient. It goes hand and hand with LOVE.
